Attaining this objective is warranted by every ISD employee being aware of and understanding the Quality Policy as well as the obligations it entails. This also involves ISD employees’ commitment to work as well as taking responsibility for the end product meeting the expectations of the clients and end users.
To implement the Quality Policy, Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS) has been developed in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, Medical Device Single Audit Program (MDSAP) requirements, and put into effect. The company management fully takes responsibility for ensuring adherence to the Quality Policy, compliance with requirements as well as maintaining the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the IQMS.
